John 15:9 <\/span><\/strong>
As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are you continuing in Jesus\u2019 love?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is no greater demonstration of love than Jesus\u2019 life, crucifixion, and resurrection. Can you really comprehend what it means to have the capacity to love as Jesus does? When you think about the love Jesus wants the Father to share with you, are you ready for it? The Father sent Jesus to die because of His love. You have to understand, you need to die also, if you\u2019re going to continue in Jesus\u2019s love and mirror your life after His. Not a natural death, but a soulish one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Galatians 5:24 And those who belong to Christ Jesus (the Messiah) have crucified the flesh (the godless human nature) with its passions and appetites and desires. (Amplified Bible, Classic Edition)<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Romans 8:13 For if you live according to [the dictates of] the flesh, you will surely die. But if through the power of the [Holy] Spirit you are [habitually] putting to death (making extinct, deadening) the [evil] deeds prompted by the body, you shall [really and genuinely] live forever. (Amplified Bible, Classic Edition)<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are things you have to be willing to give up. There are sacrifices you are going to have to \u201cwant to\u201d make. There is no way around it because in your flesh there is no good thing. Jesus received a reward, and so shall you. Unfortunately, you cannot look for your ultimate reward now. Know this, the reward is not houses, cars, acclaim, fame and the world\u2019s definition of prosperity. What Jesus wants for you is for you to have the same relationship with the Father that He has. When Jesus was in the garden of Gethsemane, he prayed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

John 17:9-11 I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine. 10 And all mine are thine, and thine are mine; and I am glorified in them. 11 And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are. (KJV)<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jesus wants you to continue on the path ordained for you by the Father. He wants you to continue to grow and recognize those things holding you back (which often is you and not people). Let go of any weights so God can manifest His glory in your life just like He did in Jesus\u2019 life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please agree with me as I pray:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Father, I thank You for the opportunity to allow Your manifested glory to be evident in my life. You love me so much You are teaching me how to show my love in return. I know I don\u2019t have to make sacrifices, but You are teaching me to \u201cwant to\u201d give up those things in my life that don\u2019t glorify You. You are showing me there are things I want that really are of no lasting benefit to me and I thank You. As I am saying these words, I know it is You and You only who can help me live this out. I want to walk worthy of the prayer Jesus prayed. Father, I appreciate and love You so much.
