{"id":622,"date":"2020-11-04T05:08:53","date_gmt":"2020-11-04T10:08:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pamelarussell.org\/teach\/?p=622"},"modified":"2021-07-04T05:03:53","modified_gmt":"2021-07-04T09:03:53","slug":"july-15","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pamelarussell.org\/teach\/july-15\/","title":{"rendered":"July 15"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p style=\"font-size:14px\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">2 Peter 2:9 <\/span><\/strong><br><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-purple-color\">Are you confident in God\u2019s plan?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI got this.\u201d That is the phrase used when a person is confident in their ability to handle the problem at hand. The Lord God says \u201cI got this\u201d all day, every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Philippians 2:13 For it is [not your strength, but it is] God who is effectively at work in you, both to will and to work [that is, strengthening, energizing, and creating in you the longing and the ability to fulfill your purpose] for His good pleasure. (Amplified Bible AMP)<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He has a plan for you, and He always provides a way of escape. God knows you better than you know yourself. He knows what to allow for your making and what to hold back to prevent your demise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Jeremiah 29:11 \u201cFor I know the plans and thoughts that I have for you,\u201d says the Lord, \u201cplans for peace and well-being and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.\u201d (Amplified Bible AMP)<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His plan also extends to the unjust. Though it may seem they are getting away with misdeeds, not reaping what they have sown, laughing in the face of God and living beyond consequences, the Bible says,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Psalms 27:1-2 Fret not thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity. For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb. ( KJV)<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Always ask the Lord to help you be confident in His plan for your life, not yours. Refuse to let anything move you. Live a fixed and committed life and ask God for the strength, power, and conviction to stand by His plan until you see it come to pass. Be at peace knowing \u201cGod\u2019s got this!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Please agree with me as I pray:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p><em><em>Father, I am so glad You promised to keep me and bring me into Your presence faultless. It\u2019s not my job to do it, but it is my job to stay out of Your way and allow You to do it. I don\u2019t have to look around me, compare myself to others. I repent for the times I did, and it made me feel like I was failing. You showed me how that attitude meant I was diminishing Your sovereignty, \u00a0trusting what I saw, and not trusting You. You knew the end at the beginning. You have a purpose for my life. The work You began in me, You will perform. These are truths I am armed with, stand on, and hold on to. I don\u2019t have to fix myself. I must trust in You. I must allow You to correct me. I must heed Your word and do what You say do. If I do, it shows I am confident in Your plan. I don\u2019t have to know all the details about what You\u2019re doing.
