There came a day when I really thought about what those words meant. I had to repent right then. When I thought I needed You to move, I wanted You to move right then. I realized; I did mind waiting. I needed to stop singing that song for a while. I realized I needed some adjustments made inside me. I needed to allow You to fix me; that way, when I sang that song, it would be true. You taught me there are blessings for me when I learned how to wait. If I wait with anticipation and not anxiety; You give me increased knowledge of You; You strengthened my heart; You test and increase my faith, and You teach me how to trust You completely. There is power in waiting. When I get wobbly, You keep me from giving up. Thank You for creating a time for me to wait. Now I can sing that song with conviction.
