 1 Corinthians 1:18 <\/span><\/strong>
For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.  <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are you testifying to the power of God?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Agnostics claim either it is not possible to have absolute or certain knowledge of God, or they do not know of a supreme being. Atheists don\u2019t believe in the Lord God or any other god. Sinners, if they don\u2019t fall into either of those two categories, simply have not yet come to know the Lord for themselves. What do all three have in common? They are all perishing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 Corinthians 4:3-4 But even if our Gospel (the glad tidings) also be hidden (obscured and covered up with a veil that hinders the knowledge of God), it is hidden [only] to those who are perishing and obscured [only] to those who are spiritually dying and veiled [only] to those who are lost. 4 For the god of this world has blinded the unbelievers\u2019 minds [that they should not discern the truth], preventing them from seeing the illuminating light of the Gospel of the glory of Christ (the Messiah), Who is the Image and Likeness of God. (Amplified Bible, Classic Edition AMPC)<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As you live your life, you may have the opportunity to witness to a person in one or all three of these categories. To the agnostic and the atheist, tell them the existence of God gives their description of themselves foundation. \u00a0Let them know it is not a matter of what they think or how they feel not what can be proven; it is a matter of faith. Explain to them that they exercise faith all day every day. The only difference and benefit is with this \u00a0leap of faith they gain the source of all knowledge as well as the love and power of God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jeremiah 33:3 Call to Me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things, fenced in and hidden, which you do not know (do not distinguish and recognize, have knowledge of and understand). (Amplified Bible, Classic Edition AMPC)<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To the unsaved, remind them the love and power of God provided salvation and it is available, right now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

John 3:16 For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten ([a]unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life. (Amplified Bible, Classic Edition AMPC)<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As you are talking the Holy Spirit will remind you it is the same love and power that transformed Jesus from the Son of God into the son of man. The same love and power that allowed Him to be crucified in order to take the keys to hell, death and the grave. The same love and power that gave Jesus victory on the third day when He rose and set the captives free. The Holy Spirit is empowering you to give them your testimony. Tell them who you were, what God did for you and who you are now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mark 5:19 Stay here; I want you to go back home to your own people and let them see what the Lord has done\u2014how He has had mercy on you. (The Voice TVT)<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

John 4:39 Many from the Samaritan village became believers in Jesus because of the woman\u2019s testimony: \u201cHe told me everything I ever did!\u201d (The Passion Translation) <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The transformation in your life acknowledges the power of God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please agree with me as I pray:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Father, when I look at me, I know You are the only God and You are my God is God. Only You could save me. Only You could transform me, mind, body, and spirit. Only You God could create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit in me. I repent for passing on the opportunity to be a living testimony to the truth of Your existence and Your power. With each new chance You give me to witness, please help me not to debate. Help me to give my testimony simply, and therefore, powerfully. Help me tell who I once was, how You changed me, and who I am today. Help me to talk about Your goodness, Your mercy and Your lovingkindness. Help me to speak according to Your word which says, if You be lifted up, You\u2019ll draw all men unto You\u2026<\/em><\/p>
