Victory in Worship
(Hands that War)

Psalms 138:2  I will worship the temple of thy holiness and praise thy name above thy mercy and thy truth; for thou hast made thy name to be magnificent and raised up thy spoken word above all things. (JUB)

Efficiency, proficiency and maintenance are vital keys that keep America’s military fighting forces ready to act.

The various branches are each known for their own catchphrases and slogans; there was one that is used in the Navy: “If you stay ready, you don’t have to get ready.”

Training will never be completely over. However, now it is a matter of using what you have learned so far and staying ready for any additional thing the enemy throws your way. The way you stay ready is to have your mind on the Father continually. You do that when you worship.

The month of November deals with worship. Worship is all about who God is. It is the time when it is not about you , your issues, your needs, your situation, or anything else regarding you. It is when you reverence the God of all. Worship changes how you see life. Worship fulfills your primary purpose as a created being. You know you will be victorious because of who God is. Your worship honors God and brings Him pleasure. Worship enables the Father’s voice to be heard, His heartbeat to be felt, and His purpose to be accomplished. When you encounter God in worship, you are more receptive and open to Him than at any other time; you get direction, guidance, and insight.
